These exotic coloured glass shades add warmth and vibrancy to a room, in a much more dramatic way than clear glass. Using light and colour changes the atmosphere and character of a room with the click of a switch. When switched off, these shades are bright, cheerful and luminous, their frilly shape adds femininity to a space. When switched on, they emit colour and wonderful wavy shadows across your walls and ceilings. This ability to soften and shape the look of a room makes them perfect for above tables, beside a bed or in a place where people gather and enjoy the gentle soft and uplifting light.
Amber naturally occurs when resin from the bark of pine and fir trees hardens over thousands of years. It is used in jewellery and precious objects because of its authentic warm glow and translucent quality. Our frilly shades are not real amber, they are made from a deep rich glass that is slumped and fired. During this process, the glass collects tiny bubbles, texture and minute imperfections that make it feel organic and natural. Each light is a bit different, particularly the Grand shades, which can have slightly irregular pleats as some droop a little more than others, resulting in a naturally organic form.
Amber appealed to us so much, a warm glow is always a welcome sight in a home. It is also a surprisingly easy colour to integrate into your existing decor, midway between orange and yellow, amber just seems to work every time.

Care & Maintenance
Metal finishes on the lampholder and rose should only be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth. Harsh cleaners and abrasive pads will damage and remove the finish. Always switch off the mains power before cleaning the fittings.
Always remove the glass shade before cleaning - taking care not to lose the shade ring. The shade can be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth or sponge. Abrasive pads could scratch or dull the surface finish.

Sustainability
Our lights are all handcrafted and assembled in the UK. We make every effort to source our materials and components from local suppliers in the UK. All of our lights are supplied with low wattage energy efficient LED filament bulbs.
Almost all of our packaging is recyclable and our designers are constantly working with suppliers to make improvements in this area.
Please recycle your packaging in accordance with local regulations.

All deliveries are made via a reliable tracked service. For UK orders, each item will be dispatched as soon as it is ready and should arrive within 1-3 working days.
International orders will be dispatched only when all items are ready and they should arrive within 3-5 working days. If you wish to receive individual items as soon as they are ready, please consider placing them as separate orders.

Returns
This item is eligible for return within 28 days of delivery.
Any items returned to us in the condition in which they were sent will be refunded in full, excluding any delivery fees (and a 10% restocking fee if you are ordering from outside of the UK).
We are unable to cover any return postage costs, or any loss or breakages that occur during the return process. We therefore recommend that returns are made using the original packaging with a tracked, insured and signed-for service.
